This tea is designed to be a support to feeding/expressing – it will keep you hydrated, hopefully with added benefits! It is a herbal tea but research shows the majority of women see a benefit with fenugreek and fennel so the odds are in your favour!

Can I drink Milk’s Up tea when pregnant?
We don’t recommend Milk’s Up during pregnancy as fenugreek is shown to affect estrogen levels in high doses. During pregnancy it’s important to ensure you don’t affect your hormones so instead start as soon as your baby is born.
